The project contains also city logistic units, co-working areas & Office Tower. It is located between the two main railways on a plot that belongs to the “greenbelt” of Bremen. The city logistic units ( big units marked in green) are planned in front of existing industrial buildings, the small units ( Arts and Crafts studios in purple) are located in front of the residential housing area of Bremen.
